Peter Turner
I am working on AFP2 2.3.1 creating a booklet. The file size is currently 1.31 GB. As I work, at various keystroke or mouse clicks, the file crashes and has to be reopened. Also, occasionally I get a message to say the file is corrupt and has to close. I can then reopen it with all saved work intact.
v_kyr
Note that AFP2 without any further thread context interpretation, could mean here Affinity Photo 2 (APh 2) or Affinity Publisher 2 (APub 2) here, thus it's always better to use the common forum abriviations for these and also make use of thread tags to be more clear here. - So in this case here without the context "creating a booklet", nobody would know which of the two apps was meant. Further, which macOS version do you have in use and how much free RAM mem does your Mac have during workings on that booklet? Peter Turner
As you can probably tell, I'm a relative rookie, and self-taught. So, thanks for the tips. I'm using APub 2 and the Mac version is Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71), the chip is Apple M1 Max with a 32GB memory. The booklet is about 100 pages with about 600 linked images.
