+1 from me! Clearly this would save people lots of time. It's crazy that a powerful suite like this makes users manually try and find a layer, when this request has been around for 7 years. A simple search box at the top of the layer list would be a good start. This constant scrolling through layers is impacting my workflow so much, I might have to switch back to Adobe 🙈, they have had this for years: https://graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/20610/search-layers-in-photoshop
