Hi everyone! Nice to meet you. I was having the same problem and I found this post with your solution and it works well! If you run the apps as an Administrator works well. I just installed the app in my new laptop and I couldn't sing up in any of the three apps. Thank you so much. Greetings from Spain. Óscar
