Same problem here, just been deleting pre-sets from the Develop Persona and every time AP v2 closes, really annoying.

When cropping tool is activated, in the Develop Persona I tried to rotate the image with the Rotate Handles at the image corners on clicking the arrow the image disappears leaving a chequer board space. This problem occurred without me adjusting anything in Preferences and was fine when I started my session, and Crop and rotate still works fine in the Photo Persona.

I have successfully installed Photo V2 and installed all the plugins I use, can I now safely uninstall Photo V1 using the Add or Remove Programs feature in Windows 10.

Same thing here, and just to prove a point I made online software purchases from Ukraine and France, they accepted my money no problem. So over to you Serif, How many customers are you losing?

Downloaded 1.10.5 yesterday, it looks like the crash fix has worked , so far the Overlay Brush Tool is working better than ever, the overlay is brighter and the brush application is very smooth and responsive. Thankyou.👍

Hi Yako, still no fix and AP still remains unusable.

Hi, nothings been updated, it's now started misbehaving with portrait mode files, has to be software related.

This problem with the Overlay Brush Tool painting the overlay wherever it wants to, does only effect raw images in portrait mode, very strange. I am a daily user of AF and this issue has only started over the last few days it's frequency has now increased with use rendering the program unusable with any Raw files. I have reset, reinstalled and still the problem persists so I can only suggest users don't go destroying your PC or Tablet and wait for Serif to find a fix.
