In addition i would appreciate if we could scroll through brushes with up / down buttons via keyboard. For example: i'm using a grass-brush, the preview of the effect of the brush is only visible if i'm over the document. To find out the brush i want to use right now, i have to click on another brush (leaving meanwhile the document area) and go back to document. And have to resize it. Next request: a simple way to mark brushes as a favorite. Leaving the brush in its original Category, but adding it to category "Favorites"

Would keep this conversation up, because i am also looking for a keyboard binding for Brush hardness, opacity and flow. A binding would also have the advantage. that you could use an external device (e.g. Contour Shuttleexpress) for adjusting the settings. Those devices dont support mouse moves.
