Thanks, that worked! As I'm working on a MS Surface 7 pro my abilities to update or improve my graphic drivers etc. are quite limited. But disabling the acceleration worked.

I installed 1.9.2.1035 and jpeg won't open. Only message in the right top corner "document will be loaded" Afphoto files open correctly. Jpeg freezes. Deinstallation and re-install didn't bring any progress. System is an actual win10 with latest updates.
