I have this problem too. Local: MacBook Air M1 64GB 2TB Affinity Publisher 2, 2.1.0

Since the last few months the problem has not occurred anymore, anyway not by me resolving the issue...

I updated from the previous version, automatic updates.

I already sent the embedded file.

I meant to ask you if I need to send the file with all image files embedded. The file itself is only 20 Mb. There are no extra layers or bitmap effects. Export settings are 144 dpi for web. The file with embedded images takes the same time as the file with linked images. The same file in earlier versions of Affinity took about 20 seconds to export. The current one 5 minutes. Do I send? Embedded or linked (is that any use to you?)?

I can send the embedded afpub file, you mean? It is 1 Gb.

Since upgrade to 1.9.3, a pdf export of a 75 page A4 takes almost 5 minutes; in the older version 20 seconds...

Hope so, mine takes over a 100 bumps to start... Need to leave it open all the time!
