I couldn't agreee more, all three (white/black/midgrey dropper) are essential tools that I would expect AP to have, I use them all the time in PS, both for photographic images and for scanned illustrations, like line sketches. They are invaluable and it's missing features like this that stops me from abandoning Adobe and PS.

monochromatic iconography not working in Photo 1.9.0

Same here. Sorry, started a new topic for this before I searched...my bad. -
The monochromatic iconography choice (for the toolbox) stopped working in Photo1.9.0. It worked just before I updated to 1.9.0, now nothing happens when you choose that in preferences. Maybe not a big deal but I find the colored toolbox very cluttered and prefer the monochromatic version.
