  1. You're right thank you! It worked after a second attempt. Unfortunately I don't have Intel drivers updates available on my system.
  2. Unfortunately Photo and Designer still crashes on me on the splashscreen with this beta version as I've described here. Where can I find download links for 1.8.x?
  3. Sorry the late reply. Here it goes: [DXCore] Found 2 adapters Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 Version: 23.20.16.4974 IsHardware: Yes Supports D3D12 Feature Level 12.0: Yes HardwareID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5912&SUBSYS_86940000&REV_04 LUID: 0xB75C Microsoft Basic Render Driver Version: 10.0.19041.546 IsHardware: No Supports D3D12 Feature Level 12.0: Yes HardwareID: PCI\VEN_1414&DEV_008C&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00 LUID: 0xBBCA I've the latest Intel update installed.
  4. Press Windows Key + R and run eventvwr On the left sidebar, open up Windows Logs > Application. That's where you get the log list. Try opening Affinity Photo again. After failing, refresh the log list by right-clicking on the list and "Refresh". There you probably get a new error entry
  5. Hope these reports help affinity-crash.evtx 2fdb20fa-ed9c-4037-95c0-bab3dff67b7a.dmp
  6. Hi! After upgrading from the latest 1.8 to 1.9 I'm unable to run Affinity Photo (or Designer). I'm not entirely sure if it's the same problem as OP's. Once I run the app, the splashscreen appears and quickly disappears and nothing more. In the Windows Event Viewer, I do get an error log from .NET Runtime (I do have the latest version of it installed). I've tried to fully uninstall both Photo and Designer which I had installed on my PC but it didn't helped
