  1. Hi. I'm unable to register Affinity Photo 1.9 (though this also affects Designer and Publisher too!) purchased from the Windows App Store on Windows 10 Professional. It just says "We're Sorry ... Something went wrong during registration or sign-in."
  2. Having the same issue. Purchased from the Microsoft store and updated this evening. Here's a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/35Eipe4
