Walt, Originally I was trying to reinstall just the add-ons. I decided to try things a little differently today and instead of reinstalling add-ons I uninstalled the apps completely and reinstalled all of them via the QR code link to the Apple store and this time all three apps and add-ons installed flawlessly. I am trying to install all the addons on my iPad Pro IOS 16.1.1 via the initial My Account start up screen for each of the 3 products. Photo, Designer and Publisher V2. Some install without a hitch and several attempt the install and always fail. All these addons including the ones that fail download as addons under my account and should install. I have tried several times to install and reinstall the addons. Any ideas?? I have the universal license for these and the addons install without a hitch on my Mac and Windows PC.
