  2. Thx for the information. You are true: I checked my old mails (from 2016!) and there is the "weclome to affinity" account. I can't remember my password which i used 2016 I still have the product keys and can use v1 . So no problem with this... I think i will buy V2 for normal price with a new account. Regards, Marco
  3. Hello, i use Affinity Photo and Designer, both V1 and would upgrade to V2 Universal (including Publisher). On the webpage is a special offer for V1 user, so i want to get the discount But when i follow the upgrade link i land on a page where i have to login. I onyl received the product key when i was buying Photo/Design years ago. I never created an affinity account. Even more: The mail address which i have used in the past, to buy affinity, are not exists anymore (changed my domain). So how can i get the discount or do i have to pay the full price?   4. Hi, thanks for the great product! I am using photo & designer for windows. In the next days my mail address will be changed and i do not renew my old domain. To install affinity it is required to use the mail address and the product key. Two questions: - is it possible to change the mail address which i am using to register the product? - how to avoid the restore (if possible) of the product key if someone is getting my old domain and send mail to the support?
