I just changed it from the adobe pdf reader

Agreed! For now I am just changing it from adobe's acrobat DC by going to file > properties > then I change the title. Tedious but it's fine

Thanks however I have the same issue in Affinity Designer and the "fields" under "studio" does not exist. Do you have a recommendation for Designer? The thing is that when I export as PDF, the PDF title on a browser is always different from the name of the file.

When I export as PDF, the name of the file on the browser is always different to the name I assigned. I found this but it is only for Af Publisher and I cannot find it in Designer. Thanks

Yes, but the issue is that the clipped layers are no longer clipped and I will have to manually clip them again. So in the file I attached previously, the A4 Landscape page is not clipped to the booklet.
