  1. @Lee D I was able to get a full screen recording posted. Again, thanks for your help!
  2. Lee D This is the screen recording. I used a convenient file, but I get the same error regardless of the file type or size that I load into Affinity initially. Affinity.mp4
  3. @Lee DThank you so much for responding! I have uninstalled Neo and reinstalled the latest version 1.14.0. I have updated to the most recent versions of Windows and Affinity. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest driver to my NVIDIA graphics card. I have not yet tried to uninstall and reinstall Affinity, but I did update to 2.2.0. With all of that I still only get a black image from Neo. If I export the image from Photo as a TIFF or JPEG and then open it with Neo and make edits and export as a TIFF or JPEG and then open that image in Photo, I get the appropriate image to continue my work in Photo, but that is quite a journey for each image.
  4. I use Affinity Photo 2.2.0 on Windows 11 {22H2 [Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz]} with Luminar Neo (1.13.0, 11997). This combination has worked beautifully until a few months ago. Now when I send an image from Affinity to Luminar Neo and apply the edits and return to Affinity I get a black image. I have been through several updates of Affinity, Windows, and Luminar without any change in the behavior. I would appreciate any help you might be able to provide. Thanks!! Russell
  5. Problem resolved. There was a problem with a recent update of Luminar Neo, but with a re-installation of that update, it now works as a plugin.
  6. I have been using Luminar and then Luminar Neo as a plugin with Affinity Photo for quite some time and all has worked perfectly. As I upgraded to V2 of Photo, suddenly Luminar Neo no longer works as a plugin. I followed all the installation steps in Preferences as usual and there is no indication of a problem. Nik and Topaz Photo AI still work fine as plugins in Photo V2. However, when I click the menu option for Luminar Neo from the Filters tab, nothing happens. I would appreciate any thoughts. (This is on Windows 11.)
  7. Thank you so much for taking time to reply. I was able to accomplish this task a couple of days ago.....there was a problem with the location of the folder that contained Luminar since I don't use Photoshop and there was no "photoshop plugin" folder. It is so nice to now call Luminar up from within Affinity! In any event, thanks for helping!
  8. I have had difficulty getting Luminar 4 to load as a plugin on Windows 10 (User error for sure). How did you accomplish that?
