Effects empty after update to 1.8.2

Hello together, i have an ipad pro (1.gen) running ios 12.4.1 in german language. after updating Photo to 1.8.2 nearly all of the effects categories were empty. i deleted the app and reinstalled it. that solved my problem. i now have all the effects back. maybe this will help someone with the same problem. greeting from germany stay healthy bimmbamm
