Thank you for your answers, Firstdefence and Dan C, but it bothers me to provide the file because it contains personal items for my family members. Is there another way?

Hi I was an Adobe Illustrator user and moved to Affinity Designer. I was able to recover my AI files, but I still have one problem. It is my family tree that is composed of rectangles, with text inside, and features that connect them. When I want to open this file, there is nothing in the preview window, and the page that opens is completely blank and empty. Do you have a solution so that I can recover this file? Thank you in advance.
