I imported a raw photo from my mavic 2 pro and didn’t have this issue. Apparently it’s just with my Nikon camera. *update* I saved the Nikon raw photo to files on my iPad and then choose import from cloud in affinity and it brought the image in with no problem.

I too am having this issue after updating to iPadOS 15.

Not sure if this helped but in deleted the app and reinstalled it and that seemed to help resolve my issue.

Thanks for the response Chris B. Not sure why but after a couple of days it worked even though I didn’t do anything different and am using the same images 🤷🏻♂️. I’m glad it’s working even if I don’t know why.

After updating affinity to latest version I am now experiencing a crash when using hdr merge on my iPad 6th generation. I am on iPadOS 14. Not sure if this has been addressed already, if so my apologies.

Great to hear about the update. I will try this and hopefully this will resolve my issue. Thanks again. Follow up- update was available in App Store and I am able to use hdr merge again. Thank you for your help. -

No problem at all, I understand that delays occur. I’m on the latest version of the app- 1.8.2 and my iPad is up to date as well. I have been using hdr merge without a problem since I’ve purchased the app. This problem started suddenly. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix it but the problem still persists. I also tried using different photos but the app still crashes. -

Whenever I try to create an hdr merge after photos are imported and the merge starts affinity photo crashes and closes out. I am running the latest versions of iPadOS and for affinity photo. I’ve never had this problem before. I’m using my mavic 2 pro and I’ve used the hdr merge before with no problems. IMG_1440.MP4
