I wish Affinity would throw us a bone and give us at least the slightest clue when Publisher for iPad will be ready to go, -- soon? this year? next year? a hundred years?

Using Publisher, is there a "High Quality" preview setting? I'm testing out a linked pdf, and the photo in the pdf is fuzzy, but I know it's plenty high res. ? And, is there a pdf output progress bar? Or something? When I get a 64 - 80 page magazine done it's going to be kind of weird not being able to see how it's going. Maybe I'm just paranoid since InDesign used to have a great "crash at 90%" feature... Sorry, three questions: last one, when I just select "Place" and place a pdf, I can't seem to put a stroke around it, but if I create a frame, then place the pdf in it, I can apply a stroke -- is that how it's supposed to work? Seems like an extra step.
