In Affinity Designer you can’t create pages as such, but if you put the content of each ‘page’ on its own artboard and then export to PDF you’ll get a page for each artboard. The first page in the PDF will correspond to the bottommost artboard in the layer stack, and the last page will correspond to the topmost.

Deactivate show snapping candidates, and the outlines should be gone. (Ausrichtungskandidaten)

The one on the Left in your screenshot is most likely made with no overlap on the ring. Here I show 'correct way' on bottom and 'wrong way' on top.
