I've just tried this myself using the Arial family and it is working as expected for me. I have a feeling it could be related to the font. Would you be able to upload the GT Sectra family, along with the document shown to our internal Dropbox account using the link below please?

What version of Windows are you running?
Also try running this program to check what .NET Framework version it says you have installed

There are problems if Microsoft .NET framework is not up-to-date.
It appears that .NET 4.7.2 is required as a minimum.
You can download the most current version of .NET 4.7.2 here:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework-runtime/net472
Install that and then see if APublisher starts and runs.
