Hi Affinity CS, My name is Yohan (John). I first purchased the Windows version of Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer in 2018 under my brother's email and name. Recently, I bought Affinity Designer & Photo for my Ipad Pro, and today I bought the Windows version of Affinity Publisher via my email and account name. Is there any way of merging my account with my brother's account so that I can access all the Affinity programs under the Publisher app on my Windows? My brother's email is MODERATED and mine is MODERATED.

Hi, The app keeps abruptly closing without saving my previous changes when I use my Apple Pencil to press the document tab to export my work. This is happening almost once a day.

Hi stokerg: Do you know why my shortcut icon for affinity designer is a like this? I bought the programmer 4 days ago and the next day the icon vanished and left me with this non-icon. Also, what is the time frame on the envelope distort/text warp function for Designer? Thanks for the help, - John

Hi Walt, One of the Serif Moderators was able to help me. I lowered the DPI and flattened some of the layers. I guess they were unable to open it on their end because the files were too large and their hardware couldn't handle it. Eventually, we got it sorted. Thanks for reaching out!

I'm having some trouble with people opening the jpeg files I've exported from AF Photo & Designer. It opens on all my devices (Windows, Mac, and Android) but not on their computer (Windows 8). Any solutions?

Hi, I exported my file as a Jpeg but the people on the other side can't open it. How is that possible? I've been able to open all the jpeg files I've exported out of Affinity on my mac, pc, and android devices.

Hi guys, I'm having trouble exporting my work as a PSD file. It keeps giving me the "error occurred while exporting to:..." Anyone know the solution?
