miranda-nell
Yesterday I updated my Windows computers and with the latest Designer version. Now on both computers Affinity Designer works very slow. I do have Windows 10 and read that the latest update and Windows 10 don't work well toghether. I'm I right? How do I uninstall the latest update? I'm a total not-knower with this kind of things so please help me. Thnks, Miranda
popgunpirates
- go to https://store.serif.com/en-gb/update/windows/designer/1/ to download the version you last worked on. Remember: The files you've worked on with 1.7.2 won't work in older versions!; - right click on the Windows start menu button (left bottom); - go to "Programs and Features"; - select Affinity Designer and click on the button "Uninstall"; - install the version you've downloaded in step 1. I noticed version 1.6.5 works best. After installing the older version you need to setup all the imported, customized brushes/attributes etc.
