On the other equally sized image perform a paste (this inserts a new layer of the copied portion) and use the fill tool to recolor that copied over portion. A copy/paste/recolor from your first image onto the second image ... Selections Creating pixel selections Overview By painting By flooding By drawing By range By luminosity From channels From layers From shapes From a sampled color Using a marquee Modifying pixel selections Moving and transforming pixel selections Edit selection as layer using Quick Mask Refining pixel selection edges Creating outline selections Saving and loading selections I used the "Flood Select" (Magic Wand) tool to get the blue area selections and then fine tuned that via + and - adding/subtracting from the given selection. You can also try the Selection Brush Tool.
