I would like to know how to make from an image take painted patterns of this image and reproduce them on another image by keeping the location but change the color

example the blue belly put it on the other image in the same place but by putting another color

Hi,

for a pixel/raster image make an appropriate selection and perform a copy of the selected area/portion. On the other equally sized image perform a paste (this inserts a new layer of the copied portion) and use the fill tool to recolor that copied over portion.

A copy/paste/recolor from your first image onto the second image ...

You can use several different selection tools and also combine them to make selections ...

I used the "Flood Select" (Magic Wand) tool to get the blue area selections and then fine tuned that via + and - adding/subtracting from the given selection. You can also try the Selection Brush Tool.
