Inc Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 I've searched and can't find any information about this so I assume its not currently possible. Or workflow involves sending pdf proofs to clients and when we do this we always lock the pdf when exporting for 2 reasons. (1) Stop clients from using the wrong version of a design (2) Prevent our designs from being used without our permission. This is possible when exporting from InDesign but seems to be missing as part of Publisher. This effectively means its not a viable part of our workflow unfortunately.
