Learn how to create a star filled sky in easy steps. In this tutorial I show you how to fill any night sky with stars and make them look dreamy and awesome. We are going to learn how to mask & group the layers. Use Blend Modes Hard Light, Soft light and Screen to our advantage. We look at the Blur Layer Effect as a fast and easy way to make images dreamy.
