Conversion of eps to svg

I am trying to upload the attached eps file to convert to svg. However, when I upload it, it look black & white. Please look at attached files.

I suspect I have a setting or filter incorrectly applied.

Please will you help.

Probably not, Affinity always falsely applies a greyscale profile to EPS images. - Maybe they fixed this in the meantime in their betas (don't know for sure though).
