Hi guys,

I tried to sign up for purchasing Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer.

But I got a message that reads "You've already registered this email address."

So I treid to login with that id, But I got an error message "We cannot find an Affinity Store account with this email."

 

How can I solve this problem?
