douglasv Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 affinity designer 1.6.5.135 - Windows 10 64 bit from the Help menu I click Help and a window pops up in full screen pure black with no controls I have to click ctrl-alt-del or close on the taskbar I deleted the folder in AppData but that didn't help I also reinstalled the program Looks like a bug to me. toltec Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 It works fine on two of my PCs here, so It's not a bug. Something has gone wrong on your PC. Try resetting Designer. Press and hold down the Control key whilst you launch the program. When the 'Clear User Data'' window appears, press Clear. You should only need the first three options ticked, so try that first.
