Split file into RGB for 3d anaglyph

Recommended Posts

Hello I have a Problem splitting an image in to RGB layers and still have it show as a normal black and white image.  On PS you can kust duplicate an image select the layer and tick if you wanted it to be in red or blue and green, it was as easy as adding a drop shadow to a single layer. Is there an easy way to this in Affinity. I want to create a 3d Anaglyph easily and affinity does not seem to have an easy way.  I have tried with Curves and selecting screen on the individual channel. It seems really awkward and convoluted and does not seem to work if I working with a drawing I made in affinity.   Is there a simple command that I am missing?

I hope this makes sense

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated, as I am in a trial period and am testing the product out......

Marco72,  Is there any way you can explain how you did this? I have used photoshop for years and made a lot of anaglyph photos but cannot seem to figure out how it's done in Affinity Photo.

Thanx, PJHZ
