iCloud not recognized by Affinity Photo Ipad

Recommended Posts

Import from ICloud or Open from iCloud doesn’t recognize my photos in iCloud. Says I have zero items. Apple tech said its the App not them. Please help. I’ve spent so many hours trying to fix, spent time with super yappy tech person at Apple all to find out, that their end checks out, but yours doesn’t.

I'm curious if your photos are stored in iCloud Photo Library or on iCloud Drive. There is a difference, they are two different areas of iCloud. Affinity Photo accesses iCloud Drive, not your iCloud Photo Library. Make sure you have iCloud Drive activated and then store the photos you want to import, or open, there. Hope this helps.

Both. I have to save now to the i photo library, since the affinity app doesn’t recognize either. It’s incredibly frustrating. I know what a great platform it is. When I do get from iPad, affinity spins trying to load them.

thank u though. Think I’m going to ask for a refund and stick with raw. It shouldn’t be so complicated and hard.
