Macros/Actions for Affinity Designer??

Hi, I have made the transition to Affinity from Adobe! I am really enjoying using Affinity Designer. 

 

There are a couple of feature requests that I am missing from Adobe illustrator, the Actions window! Is this something that will be added to Affinity Designer in the near future? I noticed that Affinity Photo has Macros, could this be added to Affinity Designer??

 

Also, the pallets for the swatches, layers... on the right side of the canvas, is there a way to make them into icons like the iPad Pro Affinity Photo app? I really like this option in Affinity Photo for the iPad, it gives more place on the screen.
