How do you fix blown out spots with affinity photo?

Depends on the size of the blown out spots/areas here. You can use a brush and burn over those, or select regions and slightly burn, try to heal or stamp over smaller spots with taking/picking on beneath correct looking areas, or set up brush intensity and colors accordingly and draw over those etc. - In short there are several ways and possibilities to retuche such things and thus it always also depends on how the overall initial image and those spots look like.
