Unable to open tutortials on iPad Pro

Unalble to open any of the tutorials on my iPad Pro.  I even reinstalled the app to see if that was the.problem,  See attached file that shows up each time I try and open any tutorial.

install the youtube app, you can find them all there too instead of vimeo
