stw
I have a folder full of RGB imgages. Is there a fast way to convert all of them to grayscale? And is there a way to convert all of them (tif, jpg) to PNG, too?
Staff MEB Posted July 26, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 26, 2017 Hi stw, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) You can use a macro to convert the images to greyscale then apply it through a batch job (menu File ▸ New Batch Job...) that will convert the images to the formats you want. To create/record a macro open the Macro panel, going to menu View ▸ Studio ▸ Macro. You must save it to the Library (menu View ▸ Studio ▸ Library) to be able to choose it from the batch job dialog. To learn more about Macros check this video tutorial. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
stw
Look easy ... only I can't click "OK" in the new batch dialogue (see attached). What is wrong?? Bildschirmfoto 2017-07-26 um 19.43.37.pdf
Staff MEB Posted July 26, 2017 Staff Share Posted July 26, 2017 Hi stw, Click Autorisieren on the top right of the batch job dialog then Autorisieren again in the next dialog. The OK should then become available. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
stw
I assume my mistake was to choose the original folder’s path in the second Autorisieren dialogue before clicking the second Autorisieren. However. Now it worked, thank you!
