greyhndz Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 First off, thanks so much for developing this for Windows! I'm having difficulty with the erase brush tool (i.e., both background and regular erase, not flood erase). If using this to render transparent a complete, contiguous area of a photo (see below for SS), I find that the movement of the brush, and the accuracy of the render, are difficult to attain. First, when clicking on the brush to apply transparency to a selected area of pixels, that area disappears entirely, until pressure has been released, at which time the rendered area will reappear -- hopefully as transparent but more often than not, it will be inaccurate and at a distance from the desired pixel margin. I also find that there is constant movement of the brush before and during pixel selection, which again adds to the inaccuracy. If you zoom into the SS you can see the difficulty I'm having trying to create smooth margins to use as a mask. Any suggestions would be appreciated -- is there a way for the erase brush to remain static during pixel selection instead of moving abruptly and being overly responsive to pressure while selecting pixels? Also, the selected pixels disappearing at the moment pressure/click is applied makes it more likely that it will need correction. Thanks!
