Hyakuya_Akira Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Hi everyone, I recently switched from Photoshop to your software, and I’m really impressed with the features—it works great for my needs! However, I noticed that the software currently only supports Simplified Chinese. As someone who uses Traditional Chinese (from Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau), I sometimes struggle to find the corresponding functions or terms, which makes it a bit harder to use. There are quite a lot of users from regions that use Traditional Chinese, and adding support for it would definitely make the software more user-friendly for us. It could also help attract more people from these areas to use the software. I hope the team will consider adding a Traditional Chinese language option in the future! I’m looking forward to seeing the software get even better. Thanks for all the hard work you’ve put into it! TAKU412 1 Quote
TAKU412 Posted February 2 Posted February 2 I totally agree with Hyakuya_Akira, too. As an image processing worker and website designer in Taiwan. When I saw Affinity Photo 2, I was amazed! This is the Adobe Photoshop alternative I've been looking for for a long time. (I'm sure we all hate that annoying paid subscription mechanism) So after the trial period expired, I purchased Affinity Photo 2 through the Black Friday special offer. However, the thing I am most uncomfortable with now is the incompatible "Simplified Chinese" interface translation. I sincerely hope that the official can include "Traditional Chinese", which is widely used by Taiwanese, in Affinity Photo in the future. Hyakuya_Akira 1 Quote
