LeDucSAS Posted January 27 Posted January 27 (edited) Hello, I would like to have automatic filename increment on save while using my affinity products. Ex: filename.afpub filename_2.afpub filename_3.afpub filename_4.afpub ... Is there an automatic way to do it? --- Edit to precise my intention; I had file corruption issues, in a context in I was working on a cloud sync drive folder. But even though that might or might not be related to the synced folder, I would prefer having each file being saved isolated from each than a single bundle of versionning. If any would be corrupted I would have more to pick a valid backup. Why I'm asking this, is because I've been able to find a valid backup... On the file update history of my cloud drive. So if one day I have to work locally without file versionning, I want to have automatic file numbering on save (rather than doing "save as" and manually set the name). GarryP Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Welcome to the forums @LeDucSAS No, it’s not currently possible, except by doing it manually (as I do), but various things like it, some for similar reasons to the one you gave, have been suggested over the years. Quote
LeDucSAS Posted January 27 Author Posted January 27 Thanks for feedback. Too bad. I hope that will be integrated in the near future. GarryP 1 Quote
