I am trying to compile previously published works into a new document but, so far this morning, Publisher has crashed ten times in half hour as I tried to select text or images from the old documents and paste them into the new. I started to encounter this highly irritating problem a few months ago and posted comments in a forum I found "Publisher 2.4.2 Keeps Crashing! SUPER ANNOYING! Can't get my work done." The only advice then was to turn off the hardware acceleration. I shared my experience and posted a couple of crash reports but nobody responded.

Now, with the very latest version of Publisher, I am faced with the same issues. In a couple of cases, the program crashes before the file opens.

Something has to be causing it. Can anybody help?

Instead of starting a new topic, it's better to just continue your existing thread. I had to go search for it to find my previous reply to you, which you didn't reply to. You still haven't detailed your version of Windows.

Are your GPU drivers up to date?
