Apply table format doesn't apply all settings

When I click "Apply Format 1" in the Table Format panel to apply preset table formatting to a new table, the Inset values that I had preset are not applied.

Can you give us an example document where this issue is extant, and give us a step-by-step workflow to reproduce it, so we can check it on different systems/set-ups?
