How to make these bars and make them look like that?

One method to try would be to, in Designer only:

1. Create a small Rectangle at the left;
2. Duplicate it;
3. Move the duplicate to the right and make it longer horizontally;
4. Duplicate again to create the next rectangle, and so on;
5. Add a Mesh Warp Group and then manipulate the group until you get something satisfying.

I use a stroke with varying thickness for the black parts. Then I create a group of crossing lines for the empty parts and use the "Erase" blend mode.
