Sporadic Flash Of Black Screen

Hello,

We are having sporadic flashes of black screen while working in Affinity.  It is a very quick flash and then it goes right back to what we are working on.  It can happen once or twice a day, or several times a day.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any ideas on what might be going on?

I'm no expert but if I saw that sort of problem I'd do two things:

1) Ensure the video driver is fully up to date

and if that didn't help:

2) Turn off Hardware acceleration

If neither of those things help I'd then wait for the experts here to answer.
