tomas cisar Posted April 25, 2024 Posted April 25, 2024 (edited) Hi, Is there any way of linking Word documents / Google Docs for automatic updates via resource manager? This feature is needed and it´s a must to have linked document from copywriter and keep formatting / styles, either after updates. In Indesign, this feature is included quite a long time. Many thanks for help! Tomas Edited April 25, 2024 by Toomash Quote
MikeTO Posted April 25, 2024 Posted April 25, 2024 Hi @Toomash and welcome to the forums. This feature is not available in Affinity. You can link an embedded document such as a PDF for live updates but not a Word or Google Docs document. To be honest, this feature is a must! Do you think, it is a chance the feature will be implemented in some next updates? Should I "vote" somewhere? Quote

I suggest just replying to one of the existing threads.
