How to move a shape/ object to a specific angle ?

How do i turn this ecactly 12 deg to the right from original level position?

It seens impossible to move it exact?

i saw i small sett of numbers and a slider down in the right corner in the toolmenue but they dissapered when i tryed to mess around??

You can do this with the Transform panel. It allows you to enter the rotation angle and other coordinates.

Choose Window > Transform if the panel isn't visible.
