Say you have chapter 1 starting on a right hand page, with 11 pages. Chapter 2 will start on left hand page12 in a Book.

When exporting Spreads to pdf, you will get page 12 on its own (not part of a spread), and page 13 will be on the left side of a spread. Then all subsequent pages will be on the wrong side of the spread.

Is there any way of making a book output as spreads to a pdf without always putting the first page of a chapter on the right hand side, despite the page number being an even number?
