I feel like I having “a moment” LOL. Sure I have done this before in designer as I designed a logo doing this not long ago. Please look at the video. I know this is in Illustrator but I am almost sure I have done this in Designer before. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

With the Pencil tool active, click the Sculpt button in the context toolbar.
