Create an open brochure image

I'm using Affinity Photo and Publisher to create brochures.

I would like to know how I can create an image like the brochure is opened.
See the example.

I hope someone can tell me or show me how I can do that.

Welcome!

(Re)use some brochure mockup of your choice in APh and place the wanted contents (text and/or images etc.) from your own made APh brochures then onto the mockup template. Fit in the contents size & orientation wise the way it is intended by the respective mockup template. Then if all is setup accordingly in APh, export the whole just as an image (PNG, JPG ...).
