Tom McGrath Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 I've been attempting to import and format an Excel document over several pages. Horrendously slow work. I've given up....back to Indesign for me. Anyone else find it a similar tedious job? Quote
GarryP Posted November 17, 2023 Posted November 17, 2023 Publisher cannot currently handle tables which span multiple pages so importing a large Excel document over several pages will not work, unless you manually split it up. Serif are aware that multi-page tables are something that people would like to have. Quote
Tom McGrath Posted November 17, 2023 Author Posted November 17, 2023 Thank you for your reply. I hope they address this issue. It's something I encounter regularly Quote
GarryP Posted November 17, 2023 Posted November 17, 2023 Here’s a link to a feature request thread about this: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/147404-multi-page-tables/ (There may be – and probably are – others.) You can ‘add your voice’ to that thread if you wish to do so; that may help it to 'get some traction'. Quote
