Inconsistent colors after pasting in a recent document - not in new document

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

minor problem, but not uninteresting.

Case:

1. I created an object with different layers, grouped.

2. I didn´t used any effects.

3. One number is colored in red plus the pointer.

4. After finishing work in that file, I copied the group layer (cmd + c)

5. I switched to an another file and pasted the group layer to the new file (cmd + v)

6. The red colors are not red anymore, the layers show a green color value.

I tested in other cases. Please see screenshots.

Hmmmmmm? ;)

Thank you!

Strange. The only color issue I seem to be running into, is if I'm working in CMYK, set my colors, then want to switch into RGB for some reason to see something. When switching back, my CMYK colors are not the same. For me, would be nice if the app can keep a running tally of the color values for each color format, so switching from one to the other, will revert back to the proper colors set.
