Shortcuts to all LayerFX effects (iPad) [Suggestion]

In my work I use Inner Shadow, Outer Shadow and especially Gaussian Blur more than the Pen Tool itself sometimes. The shortcut to the Layer FX panel is obviously a step in the right direction but I think that having Shortcuts set to the effects themselves would save a lot more time.
