Create Embroidery fill affect

Is there a quick and easy way to create an embroidery fill affect into logos etc... I need this to show clients when mocking up artwork.

However, a simple Google search after your theme (affinity embroidery fill effect) will show you some Youtube videos how to create these and also Forum based contents about that theme!
